Q. Is this 24/7 self-storage?

A. No, I'm afraid this is a managed-storage facility where site visits have to be pre-booked for security reasons

Q. What are the contract lengths?

A. Monthly (subject to an initial 6-month minimum)

Q. Do I have to take fixed-sized units?

A. Not at all. We are totally flexible - storage is charged by the unit, box, pallet, rack or container so you only pay for what you use

Q. What security do you offer?

A. The storage buildings are situated in an enclosed courtyard at the rear of the main buildings with a single private-drive (for booked deliveries) as the only access in and out. In addition to this all buildings have remote video surveillance

Q. How do I move heavy/multiple items?

A. Pallet trucks are available 24/7 for all clients to use.

Q. Is there somewhere to research items?

A. Yes. A comfortable and well-lit area is available for all clients to analyse and record items from their collections.
